Job Description
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with experience in core HR and talent management modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle HCM Core modules
- Configure ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), Talent, and Compensation
- Support multi-region HCM configurations
- Provide functional support and resolve system issues
- Work with HR teams to optimize business processes
- Document system configurations and workflows
Required Skills
- Experience in Oracle HCM Core
- Knowledge of ORC, Talent Management, and Compensation
- Experience supporting multi-country HCM environments
- Strong stakeholder and documentation skills
