Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Learning Reporting Specialist who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports within the Oracle HCM Cloud Learning module.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts

• Build dashboards and analytics for learning and development programs

• Create and manage learning assignment reports

• Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements

• Ensure data accuracy and optimize reporting performance

• Support HCM Learning module enhancements and reporting automation

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting Tools

• Expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extract

• Knowledge of Oracle Learning Cloud

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills

• Good communication and documentation skills
