Job Description
We are seeking an Oracle HCM Testing Specialist responsible for validating Oracle HCM implementations and ensuring system functionality across payroll and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional and integration testing for Oracle HCM modules
- Develop test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
- Validate payroll processes and HR workflows
- Identify and report defects and coordinate fixes with technical teams
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Ensure compliance with HR process requirements
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules
- Experience in Payroll process flows
- Knowledge of testing tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
